Theme snapshots

New Slide and Board tables resolve the active theme palette into a table-owned snapshot. Existing tables therefore keep their colors when the global Univer theme changes; selecting a different table style creates a new frozen snapshot.

The root entry exports buildFrozenSlideTableTheme(), freezeSlideTableTheme(), and hasSlideTableStyleChanged() for custom table hosts. Standard Facade insertion and update commands already manage these snapshots automatically.
