Add this to the existing PivotTable and chart plugin setup. Merge SheetsPivotChartUIEnUS into the application's locales before creating the workbook.

IUniverSheetsPivotChartUIConfig accepts menu?: MenuConfig. This UI package has no Facade entry; import @univerjs-pro/sheets-pivot-chart/facade for the model APIs.
