Collaboration integration for PDF editor sessions, mutations, and selections in Web SDK.

The plugin declares UniverLicensePlugin, UniverCollaborationPlugin, and UniverPdfsPlugin as dependencies. Register it when PDF edits need to participate in the collaboration runtime.

IUniverPdfEditorConfig currently has no configurable fields. This package has no Facade entry point; application-facing PDF editing methods are provided by @univerjs-pro/pdfs/facade.
